Cauliflower Soup


Cauliflower Soup ingredients:

three Garlic flakes 
three tsp Oil 
2 tsp Jeera 
2 cups Milk 
5 cups Water 
2 Ghee 
2 medium Cauliflower 
2 Tomato 
2 Onion 
Pepper powder/salt (required)

Cauliflower Soup Method:

Separate the florets from cauliflower and reduce into  tomato,garlic finely and very small pieces. Chop onion,. In a heavy bottomed vessel, put the oil and fry the onion and garlic flakes. Then upload chopped tomato and fry well. add the florets and fry for a while. add water and cook dinner till the vegetable is smooth. Cool it. Grind to a exceptional paste. put it in a massive bowl and upload warm milk to make the soup slightly skinny. upload salt. warmth the ghee and saute the jeera in it. put this into the soup. mix nicely. add croutons,little salt sprinkle pepper powder.serve hot.
